DISCsimple we love a play on words! We have DISCussions, make DISCoveries and even give the occasional cheeky DISCount, so it only seemed right when we started our community to give our DISCsimple associates a pet name and what better name than DISCiples!
When you join DISCsimple as an associate (DISCiple) you enter into a warm supportive and thriving community of independent consultants, HR professionals, coaches, teachers and more.
As a DISCiple you will
- be able to provide the right products and the right solutions to your clients
- feel confident in using DISC knowledge
- have the back-up and support of experts
- gain new clients
- access all support tools to make the whole experience just simple for you and for your clients.
As a DISCiple of DISCsimple, you have the opportunity to teach and help others to improve their results and relationships.
We have three simple pledges at DISCsimple:

- To keep things SIMPLE in an otherwise complicated world.
To start your DISCsimple journey join us on one of our DISClive Shows. They are 30 minutes and take place every Monday from 1pm. Here you will get a sense of who we are. Then chat to us about who you are and what you do.
Sign up to Kick Start Orientation
Our DISCiple Meet each month is for our DISCsimple Associates (affectionately known as our DISCiples). The session focuses on professionals who use the DISC tool with their clients. A chance to explore opportunities and the wisdom of a community of professionals to help to grow your business. Facilitated by Jac Leonard, the session provides our team with a friendly and honest environment to build relationships with each other, as well as interesting and most of all useful information to take away and use.
Orientation Facilitator: Alison Clegg
Alison is an experienced HR Professional and previously a senior manager who has worked in large organisations for over 30 years and in 2019 set up her own HR Consultancy and Leadership Development company. Throughout her career, she has held various senior managerial roles, in operations, communications and employment engagement, HR and Training, demonstrating strong leadership and organisational management skills. Alison runs Leadership Development programmes and has incorporated DISC into their learning which has enhanced the programmes and supported her delegates understand their and other behaviours.
Alison is particularly passionate about the DISC and the DISCsimple approach. With extensive experience in using DISC tools and systems and being a DISCiple herself, she is eager to share her knowledge and skills to help others enhance their skills and provides the Orientation to all new Associates, is part of the Mentor team supporting Associates ongoing and manages DISCsimple client projects at a national level.

Development Support
You are invited to subscribe to monthly support from the DISCsimple HQ team to help you market and deliver the products. The support includes phone and face-to-face support, monthly meetings with other Associates to share best practice, develop marketing opportunities and to upskill on a regular basis.
