My starting point is you. I want to get to know you, understand what you do, the issues that you are facing, what you want to achieve and what you need from me. From that we can then work out how I can best support you, whether that is with DISC, Continuous Improvement or often a combination of the two.

I can help you and your team to improve your understanding of yourself and each other using DISC profiling, to identify:
• why there might be conflict
• why people may feel stressed at work
• how to get the best from your team
• how to improve the way the team works together
• how to help people through change
I can provide 1:1 coaching or group training (face-to-face or online) to help you and the team to apply your DISC knowledge going forward and ensure continual use of the tools.
I’m an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, who has worked in change environments implementing projects for over 20 years.

• I love being out on my allotment
