As someone starting from scratch, the training helped me feel much more confident about where DISC fits in my coaching world, how to price it, and how to talk about it naturally. After doing the assessment, of course I hadn’t changed since last time (delivered by a much different organisation). At that time we were just told what the types were without any real further discussion.

However, I would just like to say how different this experience was. Firstly, this experience it provided some background to the theory and development of the DISC assessment/process, which of course my personality type likes to explore. Secondly the podcast at the end was an eye opener. My goodness it was spot on! So much so that I felt like (metaphorically of course) someone had crawled into my brain and lifted carpets and peeped into cupboards to uncover all the quirks I was desperately trying to cover up. It also explained a lot about why I keep on doing degrees/learning everything I can. Now I need to accept that it’s just me.

I learnt a huge amount in just 2 30 minute sessions, there is always so much more to learn and these well delivered presentations are awesome.
