Disclive Stress session

4th August 2020

Even though I use DISC in my work with clients and confident with the reports, it was an excellent session packed with insights and tips for building relationships in times of stress and when someone is experiencing stress. The followup slides have been very useful too.

Fabulous team at Discsimple, thanks Emma and Sarah

The Discsimple during COVID has been a real revelation, understanding how different people react in different situations is really insightful. As a ‘C’ I am getting an sneak peak into how others tick. They don’t all like process. Who knew!?

Insights that have made a fundamental difference to the way I work with others, enabling more effective and meaningful relationships

Knowing yourself better, your motivations and behaviours is invaluable if you are engaged in helping others. DiSC offers a range of tools for different settings and roles and has enabled me to create a common framework for working with clients. We introduce DiSC in the early stages of our relationship as our work is challenging for us and for them. It gives us a shared understanding and language to make our work together enjoyable and productive.

I was a skeptic but now I get it!

I have learned that I can delegate and still get things the way I want them done(!) by understanding other people! A very good use of my time.

DISCsimple is a very effective, easy to use and accurate tool to help build teams.

I have done a number of similar assessment profiles in the past and going through the DISCsimple analysis has produced a very clear, helpful and frankly “correct” assessment of my major characteristics. In the past I have also been somewhat sceptical of the rationale behind such analyses, but in the case of DISCsimple, the straightforward logic is spot on. I am impressed and certainly would recommend this analysis for anyone looking to find ways to make their team function better.
