I know myself better as a result of the DISC process!
I attended my first DISC simple networking event in March 2020. I was instantly struck by what an insightful program it was, so I continued to attend throughout the first lockdown. As I continued to attend the feeling grew that I really needed to get an assessment for myself. Once I let the team know I wanted to get a profile the process was so simple. I was provided an access code for the catalyst platform and began to work my way through the questions. In about 20 minutes I had the results in and some of it was completely as expected, some came as a surprise and some didn’t sound quite right. The next step was a follow-up call which helped me better understand the bits of the results I hadn’t thought were right, turns out they had my profile just about spot on! Now I have this in place I’m able to better understand myself, my clients and collaborate with other business owners who have also completed the assessment. I believe this can be the difference maker in my businesses journey and would advise anyone thinking about DISC to go for it!

Having used DISC for over 20 years, this toolset is epic!
An avid user of DISC in corporate, small business across multiple sectors for over 20 years, I have always found DISC invaluable for adaptability in training, leadership, sales, account management, senior management and business relationships in general. I have experienced used various formats of Dr Marstons profiling tool, I can confidently say, none of which have come close to the toolset, that DISC simple provide. The ability to cross reference different style types with organisations and groups, enabling one to plan conversations better, to reach outcomes combined and drive results with team members and the business. This is a no brainer investment, for any leader who take their role seriously. Invest in you & invest in your team.

Ok, so I underwent my DISC profile again after many years since my last piece of profiling and psychometric testing.
I certainly wasn’t skeptical, but I did wonder what additional value I might gain?
Suffice to say, I should have approached with a clearer mind. What I got was not just an excellent review of who I am right now and how I work, the very clever tools behind the test then allow me to see how I might best understand people I wish to do business with, even to the point of knowing how to approach them and what they might appreciate when I do.
Quite simply, if you know yourself better, then you have a chance to teach others how best to treat you. In turn you may understand them a little in advance. Its a win win. There are no friends in business? There could be….
Highly recommend DISCSimple, especially if you want an easier life where it all just works.

I’m so glad I had my DISC profile done, it really has helped me understand the reasons why I behave the way I do in certain situations.
The process is straightforward and quick to actually undertake the assessment. The real revelation comes in the debrief session ( mine was conducted by Emma Melrose) which was invaluable in helping me understand the nuances in my behaviour and how to recognise behaviours in others. By understanding how I am programmed, I can adjust my behaviours as and when the situation requires to help me to communicate with my fellow workers and potential customers.
The debrief also helped me understand why others behave the way they do by guiding me through the different DISC profiles. I would recommend this tool to anyone working with a team as it helps to identify areas of similarity and difference which can certainly help when deciding on how to allocate work based tasks and projects- you want to make sure you have the right talents, skills and behaviours assigned to the given task to ensure you get the best possible outcome and DISC will certainly help with this!
I certainly will be using the information I have learned to help me build stronger relationships in my business and personal life.
