What we do
As long as we and you agree that DISC is the right solution for you the process is simple.
- Each participant completes an on line profile.
- A personalised report is provided which shows an accurate assessment of behavioural style along with knowledge about all the styles.
- The report is supported by a call or meeting with one of our team. If you don’t want to do that in person you can have guidance on how to understand and use your report on a video.
So in less than one hour a participant completes the profile, understands it and are ready for action. Simple isn’t it?

Professional service from start to finish. This is not your average quick fix generic training course, it is specialist and tailored specifically to your business. Em discussed in great detail what was needed, we carried out a detailed study on training needs for a senior member of the team using the DISCsimple method, and then a group session for the rest of the team which gave an invaluable insight into their relationships with each other and how they can adapt their own styles when dealing with customers, this was all brought together to help us formulate a plan for the way forward. We also had a debriefing session afterwards to brainstorm and discuss everything that had come to light.
Having completed many DISC profiles over the years and then placing them in a draw to be forgotten, it was refreshing to see how interactive and beneficial DISCsimple proved to be.
Following my half-hour debrief with Em Melrose, I was impressed by the detail and accuracy, but more importantly the ability to take the information and use it efficiently to develop enhanced working practices with my team and our clients.
