DISCover is our subscription product designed for learners who have already completed their Everything DiSC® DISC profiles on the Catalyst learning platform.

• Time to keep the Profile out of a desk drawer and the learning in action.

DISCover includes:

•  A live monthly 55 minute on line video call workshop, facilitated by DISC specialists, using the Catalyst learning platform.
•  A support document from your monthly session to embed the learning.
•  Access to a document and video library of DISC knowledge.
•  Email support to help with any private questions/challenges.

OUTCOMES:

• Grow your confidence in HOW to use your DiSC personal profile in everyday life.
• Understand HOW to adapt your style with others to improve your relationships.
• Practice adapting your style and receive feedback in a safe environment.
• Join a community that embraces and rejoices in our differences.

AFTER THE LIVE SESSIONS

You will grow in confidence to use DiSC to build effective relationships with ANYONE you CHOOSE!
Have access to a private Facebook group offering peer support. We will also share current articles and points for DISCussion.

• £15+VAT per month, paid quarterly. (£45+VAT quarterly)
• If you don’t have an Everything DiSC® Profile on Catalyst there will be an initial fee of £125+VAT for Workplace or £200 for Workplace and Agile EQ.
