After many years as an HR Consultant and working with a large range of organisations I have honed my skills in understanding root causes and can provide a range of practical solutions to improve working relationships and performance.
How I work:
I offer a free initial exploratory meeting to discuss the needs of the organisation or individuals and then supply a no obligation proposal with a range of options.
I am currently developing coaching programmes for individuals and teams as part of my Professional Coaching Diploma training.
