How I work:
Whether in a group or on a one-to-one basis, I’m passionate about providing the environment for my clients to create change and action, increase confidence, and have a safe space for reflection, challenge, collaboration, and planning to create sustainable long-term capability.  I build excellent relationships.

I combine my own senior leadership experience with my people development expertise, to bring both a strategic and a pragmatic, operational perspective to my work. I’ve extensive experience across a range of subject areas from sales management to leadership development and across several public and private sector organisations.
