Malcolm Lockley

Malcolm is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over twenty-five years’ experience in Human Resources, Training and Management at both an operational and strategic level. 

Malcolm has a wide area of expertise including organisational design, performance management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, policy design, and implementation. Creating an HR department from scratch and developing company policies and procedures has been a skill that he has developed across several small and medium-sized organisations. 

He is equally at ease working alongside managers and business owners/operators and his flexible style has enabled him to act as coach, mentor, and consultant across many business sectors. He has many years’ experience in hospitality, retail, leisure and IT software development businesses, and most recently in property investment.   

Malcolm is highly motivated through the development of others, providing professional expertise and adding value to a business.
