Business Manager
Alison is our Business Manager and is responsible for the project management of all our client projects. Alison has used DISC successfully both in her HR business to onboard clients and for projects with her clients’ own teams. She uses DISC in her own work with the CII Leadership Programme and her work with CIPD. She shares our values as a business and we know that her experience and attitude will have a positive impact on us all.
Jac Leonard
Head of Learning
Jac is currently developing a new range of qualifications for employees of business, all incorporating DISC, of course. The DISCover range of products is under Jac’s management. She is responsible for the personal development and certification of our associate team. In her role, she will continue to help us all develop our professional learning on the DISCiple Meet each month.

With a wealth of experience and the enthusiasm of youth, they blend their passion for DISC with their desire to help others across their peer community. They are different DISC styles, have different specialisms and work closely as a team in a flexible way to ensure success for our whole team.
