What Our Clients Say
Just wanted to say thanks for the DISC assessment
After doing the assessment, of course I hadn’t changed since last time (delivered by a much different organisation). At that time we were just told what the types were without any real further discussion.
However, I would just like to say how different this experience was. Firstly, this experience it provided some background to the theory and development of the DISC assessment/process, which of course my personality type likes to explore. Secondly the podcast at the end was an eye opener. My goodness it was spot on! So much so that I felt like (metaphorically of course) someone had crawled into my brain and lifted carpets and peeped into cupboards to uncover all the quirks I was desperately trying to cover up. It also explained a lot about why I keep on doing degrees/learning everything I can. Now I need to accept that it’s just me.
The DISClive show
I learnt a huge amount in just 2 30 minute sessions, there is always so much more to learn and these well delivered presentations are awesome.
Weekly DISC show
Great additional information for a new DISC workplace facilitator – is really useful to boost my knowledge and see how I can apply it in my own workplace 🙂
