   What Our Clients Say

DISCsimple genuinely feels like an extension of my own business

17th August 2026

Working with DISCsimple has allowed me to offer my clients so much more than just a DiSC profile.

As well as access to Wiley’s excellent DiSC assessments and the Catalyst platform, what really sets DISCsimple apart is the support behind the scenes. From weekly client sessions and monthly practitioner learning, to helping me shape workshop content or stepping in to deliver one-to-one report debriefs when my diary won’t allow it, they genuinely feel like an extension of my own business.

They’re always generous with their knowledge, ideas and time, and they care just as much about helping my clients get real value from DiSC as I do.

As a leadership coach, having partners I can trust is invaluable. DISCsimple has helped me expand what I can offer my clients without ever compromising on quality. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Kickstart – great day, great pace and well structured

29th April 2026

You are all lovely people who genuinely care about people and getting the world to understand DISC. It’s been a very interesting, interactive and information loaded day, thank you.

Just wanted to say thanks for the DISC assessment

5th March 2025

After doing the assessment, of course I hadn’t changed since last time (delivered by a much different organisation). At that time we were just told what the types were without any real further discussion.

However, I would just like to say how different this experience was. Firstly, this experience it provided some background to the theory and development of the DISC assessment/process, which of course my personality type likes to explore. Secondly the podcast at the end was an eye opener. My goodness it was spot on! So much so that I felt like (metaphorically of course) someone had crawled into my brain and lifted carpets and peeped into cupboards to uncover all the quirks I was desperately trying to cover up. It also explained a lot about why I keep on doing degrees/learning everything I can. Now I need to accept that it’s just me.
