Thierry is responsible for the recruitment, development and support of our French DISCiple Team. He has a broad business experience but it is ability to find and bring out the best in each person’s performance and wellbeing which is his real asset to DISCsimple. If you become a DISCiple in France – he is your primary contact, communicating with you in French in France. He is an expert in using DISC as a people tool and he loves to work with organisations who genuinely want to improve their communication, teamwork and productivity and are proud to focus on their people to create the best working culture.

Chris has a long and successful career in HR working most recently as a business owner of her own HR Consultancy Chris is our extremely approachable HR Director! She has extensive experience in using the DISC tools and working with DISCsimple since the company was founded, so it seemed natural to appoint her as our own HR Director.

Dave Inglis
Film Director
Dave has been producing films for businesses for five years and has made hundreds of films to help solve his clients’ needs. Dave is a valuable member of the DISCsimple team in his role as Director of Film.
Gadget Line is commissioned to produce all the educational short video support material for DISCsimple and drives an innovative production to help users of DISCsimple to embed their learning. Dave uses his Degree in Documentary Film & Television along with his marketing experience to really understand what a business needs when it comes to their video marketing.
