I know what you need to do to bring in more business. As a referral coach, I will help you leverage your relationships proactively for referrals in a comfortable way. We’ll design a process together that feels natural and gets the results you want. You’ll spend more time with the right people, doing the right activity. As a business consultant, I’ll keep you focused and widen your perspective to help you see opportunities and gain the confidence to explore them.
There are 2 parts to our coaching at Productivity Uncorked. As a productivity coach, Patty Kreamer is the first part and she helps you create capacity in your day. Then as the referral/ business coach, I then help you to fill that newly found time with tools and processes to build your business strategically. As our client, you have access to both of us when needed. It’s what we call the one-two punch!
How I work:
We’ll talk twice a month on the phone and start with a conversation to further understand your business goals, as well as the opportunities and obstacles that impact your business development efforts. Based on this, we’ll prioritize and develop a plan that typically addresses issues such as getting more referrals from clients, friends and family, deepening relationships with clients and prospects, increasing confidence and comfort with talking about referrals, leveraging LinkedIn for prospecting, increasing your closing ratio and getting more out of networking opportunities.
I’ll keep you focused on your goals and guide you through implementing DiSC in all of your daily communications and social interactions.
Interesting facts about me:
• I love to fish & kayak any chance I get.
• I taught myself to play guitar during the pandemic.
• I won a body building contest (a long time ago).
