Integrating DiSC with complementary tools including Motivational Maps®, NLP and Belief Coding® to create deeper, more sustainable change

I take a calm, supportive and practical approach to coaching and facilitation. I’m passionate about helping women and leaders rediscover their confidence, authenticity and resilience especially during times of transition and change.

Whether working with individuals or organisations, my focus is on creating safe, engaging spaces where people can develop greater self-awareness, build stronger relationships and take positive action.

I combine DiSC with a wider toolkit including my SPARK coaching framework, Motivational Maps®, Belief Coding® and NLP, always aiming to make learning simple, relatable and actionable.

How can I help you?
I bring a calm, supportive and practical voice to the DiSCiples community, grounded in strong experience across coaching, education and wellbeing.

I have a particular passion for helping women in midlife rediscover their confidence, purpose and resilience and for supporting organisations in creating more inclusive and supportive cultures. I also bring a focus on menopause awareness and mental wellbeing, areas where DiSC can add real value.

My education background helps me make learning clear, engaging and accessible for all including neurodivergent and diverse audiences. I also have strong organisational and tech skills and I enjoy creating structured, simple ways to help learning stick.

Although I am newer to client delivery with DiSC, I am an experienced facilitator and coach, and I am keen to learn, contribute and collaborate within the DiSCiples community.

How I work:
I work flexibly, both independently and in collaboration with others, delivering coaching and facilitation online and in person.

I enjoy running workshops, team sessions and leadership programmes where I create a calm, supportive and inclusive environment. I take care to structure learning in a way that is engaging and accessible for all, including those with neurodivergent needs or different learning styles.

My background in education has given me a strong understanding of how people learn best, and I bring empathy, clarity and patience to everything I deliver. I am particularly mindful of creating psychologically safe spaces where people can explore ideas and build confidence.

I also bring strong organisational and tech skills, which I use to design simple, practical materials and tools that help reinforce learning and make it easy for clients to apply insights in their everyday working lives.

Interesting facts about me:
I have lived in several countries growing up (RAF family) and enjoy working with diverse and international audiences

I have had a varied career, from head chef to IT engineer to coach and facilitator

I trained in style and colour analysis and still enjoy helping women express their authentic selves

I am passionate about making tech simple for women starting new ventures

I am building Success With Coaching as a brand to support both corporate clients and individual women through coaching, leadership programmes and digital products, with DiSC playing a central role

I came to Sam feeling totally stuck with no direction, no motivation, and no idea what to do next with my career. Through our sessions, especially using NLP techniques, I was able to cut through the noise and reconnect with what I actually wanted. Sam helped me build the confidence to believe in myself again and gave me the clarity I needed to take that leap. I’ve now started my own business, something I’d been sitting on for years. I honestly don’t think I’d have done it without her support.

I had so many business ideas floating around, but no clear structure or plan to move forward. Sam helped me set up Monday.com in a way that actually made sense for my brain, and suddenly everything felt manageable. More than that, she helped me prioritise what really mattered and gave me the clarity to take action on the ideas that lit me up. I’ve now got direction, confidence, and systems in place that I actually use. I couldn’t have done it without her support!
