How I work:
With over 22 years of operational experience in the recruitment sector at senior levels, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and training exceptional individuals who have gone on to become industry leaders.
My training and coaching style is interactive, accountability-focused, and, most importantly, enjoyable. I encourage participants to reflect on their personal and leadership styles, equipping them to return to the workplace with a more well-rounded, confident approach. Interesting facts about me:
• I own a full-size 1947 American Dodgem car, which currently sits in my kitchen! My dog, Maximum, has claimed it as his favourite hiding spot.
• I’m a travel enthusiast with a bucket list that’s as long as my arm – Vietnam is at the top of the list!
• I have two Hungarian rescue dogs, who inspired the name of my business, Black Dog Consultancy. And yes, the logo is a tribute to them!
