Why DISCiple?

At DISCsimple we have many wonderful associates spreading the word of DiSC – Business professionals who use the DISC tool in their own business to help their clients who have gone through our kickstart course. Our Kickstart course provides participants with the expertise and knowledge to encourage understanding of themselves and others through DISC. It works on the application of the DISC tool in real-life situations to better help them and their clients.

Why Do We Call Them DISCiples?

So why do we call our associates DISCiples? Well, there are 2 reasons:

The first is that the dictionary definition of DISCiple is

  1. One who embraces and assists in spreading the teachings of another.
  2. An active adherent, as of a movement or philosophy.

In this sense we at DISCsimple and our associates spread the teachings of DISC far and wide and we each use it in our work and daily life.

And the second is less literal – we really like to squeeze DISC into conversation whenever we can – in our DISCovery sessions and all our DISCussions. It is a strong DISCipline we encourage everyone to get behind!

What Do They Get?

Well, if you become one of our well-loved DISCiples, you become part of our DISCsimple community. We have built a safe space where our DISCiples can share their ideas, and knowledge, and inspire each other, as well as build business connections. Furthermore, they help promote our vision of everyone in the world having a DISC profile.

Our Kickstart programme provides an introduction to DISCsimple and deeper learning into DiSC reports and assessments.

We host a weekly live show on a Monday to dial up the learning and a monthly community call, as well as offering 1-2-1 support and coaching with each member to guide them through their journey with DISCsimple champion to give the best possible tools to succeed.

Practically we offer profiles and assessments at competitive rates and DISCounted educational courses through our DISChool, where industry experts in Emotional Intelligence, Word of Mouth Marketing, Sales and more add value.

We also love to celebrate our DISCiple’s successes and will periodically showcase their talents on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.

We believe that we are better together and as humans, we all need to build connections. If you need help in using and understanding DISC, our network and extended national network can help. Just ask us! It really is as simple as that.

The Perfect Manager

The Perfect Manager

We’d all like to think of ourselves or our style as perfect. We are confident in our own abilities and know that we manage our teams effectively, and therefore we are the perfect managers. But at DISCsimple we know that every style brings different perspectives and manages their people in their own unique ways, suited to their behavioural style.

4 Ways Teams Struggle to Perform

4 Ways Teams Struggle to Perform

We are all different, but sometimes we forget this and approach the world expecting people to think feel and react to situations the same way that we do. Leaders and managers are no exception and can struggle to get the most out of our teams. The good news is that we can control us (it’s the only thing we can!), and when we understand ourselves, we can start to recognise that everyone works differently.
