Sandra Rowell
Director of Relationships
Sandra has 35+ years of hands-on business and leadership experience. She strengthens relationships with DISCiples (Associates) so they can use DISC more confidently, more consistently, and more commercially — enabling them to earn more income while increasing DISC usage and revenue across DISCsimple.
Her work focuses on increasing DISCiple confidence and competence in using and discussing DISC with clients, boosting the frequency and quality of DISC usage, and strengthening trust and retention. Sandra also provides insight to leadership to support better decisions and enable sustainable revenue growth without pressure selling.
Jac Leonard
Head of Learning
Jac is currently developing a new range of qualifications for employees of business, all incorporating DISC, of course. The DISCover range of products is under Jac’s management. She is responsible for the personal development and certification of our associate team. In her role, she will continue to help us all develop our professional learning on the DISCiple Meet each month.
Chris Sheppard
Director of HR & Relationship Manager
Chris has had a long and successful career in HR, working most recently as a business owner of her own HR Consultancy, and is now our extremely approachable HR Director! She has extensive experience in using the DISC tools and has worked with DISCsimple since the company was founded, so it seemed natural to appoint her as our own Director of HR.
