Gwenllian Owen
S Style (Supporter)

I am very much a people person and love meeting people and learning a little more about them, their work, their personal life and interests. I believe it’s important to give people the time and space to think and consider and I hope that my approach achieves this. My previous roles have all been around making connections and building relationships and this has always been done based on trust and respect.
I hope that I can make people feel at ease, supported and able to be themselves when I meet with them and that this will enable them to be able to share and be open and honest when in my company.
How can I help you?
I have worked in the Business Support and Leadership and Management for a number of years and I get so much enjoyment out of supporting people’s development and growth. I hope that the conversations and sessions that I have with both individuals and groups enables them to uncover their ambition and aspirations.
We work with companies and organisations going through periods of change and hope that we will be able to play a role in them achieving their change effectively. Change is different for everyone – some love it and some see it as a huge barrier, together we hope to get everyone over those hurdles.
How I work:
Potential clients can contact me to learn more about how I can support them, discuss their requirements, explain the support available and to see whether we will be able to work with each other.
I like to learn about the individuals, their organisations and the challenges that they face on a daily basis. Once I have that understanding I’ll be able to draft some details on how I might be able to share some knowledge, experience, skills that will support them to work through some of those barriers and challenges that they are up against.
Interesting facts about me:
• I have always taken an interest in sports and keeping fit and healthy. I’ve run a few 10km races and a half-marathon over the years, a regular at our local gym. I enjoy walking and have completed the Moonwalk, the Thames Valley Path Challenge (2 x 50km walks) and last year completed the She Ultra Challenge another 50km event.
• To recover from the exercise and walking there’s nothing better than a cold water dip in the sea and I can be found most weekends on a local beach with a group of like-minded women!
• I love travelling and seeing the world and have a few interesting countries on my bucket list to visit – visited India just before Covid took hold properly and got home just in time for lockdown!
• I’m a keen motorhomer and my husband and I try to get away as often as possible in our “van” to enjoy our home country of Wales and other UK getaways!
