I work with a consultancy specialising in performance management and so I have a great deal of insights in this area.
I am trained in employment law. For the past 12 years, I have advised employers on employment law matters.
I am keen to become a master practitioner and to utilise DISC with a number of clients.

How I work:
I aim to be very organised and plan ahead. I am decisive. I am advised that I like to control things/ I have been called a workaholic. When I have things to do, I just want to get them finished and drive myself.

• I am a Buddhist with 37 years practice. I meditate every day.
