Kick Start – 1 day of virtual session to get new associates started

As a DISCiple (Associate) of DISCsimple, you have the opportunity to teach and help others to improve their results and relationships.

At DISCsimple we pledge to keep things simple in an otherwise complicated world!

All of our DISCiples attend our Kick Start training day. Associate Kick Start comprises of Certification (4 hours); Orientation (1 hour); Ready, Set, Go session (90 mins); Wrap up session (30 minutes). Followed by an individual 1 hour Launch Pad session.

Gain competency and confidence to become a DISCsimple Certified DISC Practitioner.

ORIENTATION

Be introduced to your key 3 resource centres to help you find what you need when you need it.

READY, STEADY, GO

After this Ready, Set… session you will have identified a number of clear goals and visualised a simple path forward to start your journey with energy, motivation and momentum.

LAUNCH PAD

Using your action set from Kick Start we begin the journey to propel you to success in a 1 hour individual Launch Pad session with Karen Haywood.

One day and you are ready to KICK START your DISCiple journey!
