Em discussed in great detail what was needed, we carried out a detailed study on training needs for a senior member of the team using the DISCsimple method, and then a group session for the rest of the team which gave an invaluable insight into their relationships with each other and how they can adapt their own styles when dealing with customers, this was all brought together to help us formulate a plan for the way forward. We also had a debriefing session afterwards to brainstorm and discuss everything that had come to light.

I’m writing this following a short support session with Em Melrose!

Having conducted many personality tests before (Myers Briggs, Jungs typology and even DiSC), I’ve found that the results are interesting but not particularly usable… However! DiSC simples goes on step further with its analysis and interface and it seriously unlocks the potential of DiSC.

In particular, being able to link with collegues and compare is a great tool for building balanced teams!

Its early days for me yet, but I’m excited to explore things further!
