Knowing yourself better, your motivations and behaviours is invaluable if you are engaged in helping others. DiSC offers a range of tools for different settings and roles and has enabled me to create a common framework for working with clients. We introduce DiSC in the early stages of our relationship as our work is challenging for us and for them. It gives us a shared understanding and language to make our work together enjoyable and productive.

I have learned that I can delegate and still get things the way I want them done(!) by understanding other people! A very good use of my time.

I have done a number of similar assessment profiles in the past and going through the DISCsimple analysis has produced a very clear, helpful and frankly “correct” assessment of my major characteristics. In the past I have also been somewhat sceptical of the rationale behind such analyses, but in the case of DISCsimple, the straightforward logic is spot on. I am impressed and certainly would recommend this analysis for anyone looking to find ways to make their team function better.
